Artist Statement:

Kimry paints paint with a textured, highly colorful style that flows freely from abstract to representational. Her creativity is sparked by a love of nature and animals—horses in particular. In a time when so many of us feel separate from the natural world, her hope is these paintings draw viewers back to our true connectedness with nature, each other, and ourselves. She paints, works with horses, and draws inspiration from the natural beauty of her surroundings and the critters she cares for.
