LEARN TO PAINT WITH PAUL ALAN BENNETT

Get your creative juices flowing with this all-day painting class for adults led by renowned local painter, Paul Alan Bennett!

Enrolled students will join a group of 25,000 people Bennett has taught over the course his career. (Talk about an expert!) Paul attended the Maryland Institute of Art and lived in Greece for 6 years where he taught art and got a master’s degree in Greek History with an emphasis on Greek Art. He’s published three collections of his work, including “HUG,” “Night Skies,” and “Pandemic Portraits.”

Students will work with water-based tempera paints on a 3′ x 3′ sheet of tar paper. All supplies will be provided. Participants should come dressed to paint and move around; wear an apron if you’d like! Lunch will be provided (with GF and vegan options).

Recommended tuition is $150. This class is being offered with Pay What You Can pricing to help eliminate financial barriers for participants. Must be 18 years or older.
