We’re always looking for good people!
The heart and soul of Sisters Folk Festival is the dedicated corps of volunteers who make everything we do possible. Because of the hundreds of willing people who check badges, set up and tear down, staff the various tents and tables at all our events, help in the office, support artists, arrange displays, make deliveries and complete a variety of other tasks, we are able to offer the wonderful array of events we do each year. If you enjoy meeting and greeting people, are flexible, and have a good attitude, then we would love to have you join us in our various endeavors.

Our primary need for volunteers is during annual Sisters Folk Festival. The Sisters Folk Festival is a 3-day music festival at multiple venues throughout Sisters on the weekend after Labor Day every year. We usually have about 400 volunteers contributing their time and talents to help make the Festival the incredible event it is. Volunteers for the Festival are asked to work a minimum of 10 – 12 hours in exchange for an All-Event pass for the weekend.   After we have rested from the big event, we also throw a volunteer party & concert in October to thank you for all your efforts!

We’ve got a new process from previous years, so please hold tight.
We’ll send an email out to those on our list in mid-April announcing when sign-ups are live.

If you have questions or want to join our email list,
contact Kerani Mitchell, the Volunteer & Event Coordinator at kerani@sistersfolkfestival.org

Deep gratitude to all who put in their sweat and heart to make the 20th anniversary Festival such a success – we look forward to another great event!
